LETTER OF PROMULGATION

1. The purpose of this publication is to provide all interested commands with an intelligence reference guide and an aid to watch officers and interrogators.

2. This publication cancels and supersedes ONI·31·SS, all copies of which are to be destroyed in accordance with article 0623 U. S. Navy Security Manual. No report of destruction is required.

3. This publication, although unclassified, shall be limited to [section blacked out] only.

4. Distribution of this publication has been to fill established requirements. Additional copies may be requested through the normal chain of command.
