Scope and Content Note

Helen G. O'Neill, administrative assistant to Joseph W. Powell from November 1940 to February 1943, was a former Commander (president) of The National Yeomen (F). This is her personal collection of material associated with the organization. It includes letters, newspaper and magazine articles, historical data, the constitution and by-laws of National Yeomen (F), and copies of the newsletter The Note Book from 31 March 1976 to 31 August 1985. A photograph of higher-ranking officers and dignitaries aboard the cruiser Sobre Los Olas is held in the Photographic Section.
