Scope and Content Note

These papers include two journals that George Loebel kept while serving on USS New York from January l902 to March 1905. Also present are a cruise book from USS New York for 1904, Asiatic Squadron Regulations for 1901-1902, Pacific Squadron Regulations for 1902-1904, Naval Signal and Telegraph Codes circa 1902-1905, and other miscellaneous papers.
