Scope and Content Note

This collection contains miscellaneous material relating to the training and service of WAVES during World War II. It includes material relating to the U.S. Naval Training School (Yeoman) in Stillwater, Oklahoma, and the School's newsletter, Brightwork. Other items in the collection are "Bewildered Wave Reports," by Letts and Guitteau, booklets on yeoman training, and clippings from the Stillwater Daily News-Press.
