Scope and Content Note

This collection contains various miscellaneous personal papers, souvenirs, newspaper clippings and photographs from Curtis Bell's years as a civilian master mechanic at the U.S. Naval Gun Factory in Washington, DC. The collection is arranged in four sections: Official Correspondence, Programs and Commendations, The Log (newspaper of the Naval Gun Factory) and Clippings, and Photographs. The papers and documents are arranged in chronological order.
