Your letter of 31 January 1960 addressed to the War Department has been referred to the Division for reply.

In response to your request, we are pleased to forward herewith transcripts of the naval services of Walter Abbot and Isaac H. Abbott. You will note that Isaac H. spelled his name with the double T.

Aug.24 At Zanesville, Ohio. Owing to disability applies for leave of absence.
