Group of naval officers formed in 1945 and later affiliated with the Reserve Officers Association. The group hoped to affect policies, programs, and legislation pertaining to national defense, naval subjects, and related activities. Records include information on how to organize a local chapter, constitution, correspondence, list of officers, and newsletters.
