1359 URGENT. Your 8546.1 All proposals concurred in except no change should be made in sailing date of H.H. convoys2 owing to arrangements for escort on this end. Admiralty concur. Information will be sent in few days regarding use of H.N. convoys3 for ships bound to French Atlantic ports. 13218. 1359.
