3566. Your 3401.1 Routing of Westbound convoys between here and United States should not be divided between 2 authorities. As I am responsible for convoys sailing from Brest France and Quiberon and special convoys from Verdon2 While under escort I should route them. When force is increased I hope to take over regular Verdon convoys. French are not furnished routes merchant convoys passing or approaching France. All routing will be done from Brest, France. 15106 3566.
