Boards Navy 229. From Gay to Field. Your 279 to Supplement Boards Navy 219.3 Navy requires 10 Colliers each of 5000 D W4 tons at earliest possible date. Also need 4 cargo vessels each of 5000 D W tons before September to carry cargoes to Europe. Tank ships not yet available. This complete answer to your 279. Details going by pouches attached Secrists report number 121.5 18010.
