82. your 91 and 93.1    Proclamation relative to mine fields created no comment. There never was any public opinion about it. Few people even remember it. It has no local importance. Only mine fields that caused serious comment was German off Goteborg where mines were 3 meters below the surface. See report N.S. 95 of June 25th. 17017.  82
