4752 My 1176.1 Request Bureau make every effort to send replacements for the neculeus [i.e., nucleus] crews requested therein monthly. This request is permanent and other requests for Base 62 are in addition thereto as always noted. The receipt of these replacement crews promptly each month is absolutely necessary for the continued and prompt sending of the monthly quote of neculeus crews to the United States.
