21689 Reference Allied signal conference April 141 Department will revise U.S. War warning list to include 1 radio station in each district2 broadcasting War warning on 600 meters on schedule corresponding to hour of watch for 1 operator, this necessary on account of method controlling coastwise ships by Commandants districts. 16125 2169.
