1446 Your 4535 and 35451 You are authorized to withdraw all seaplane activities from Dunkirk and utilize personnel and material thus made available to help fill shortages at other air stations. Attention is called to approved report of joint Army and Navy board on aeronautic cognizance dated March 12 19172 A copy of same conditions forwarded to Cone.3 14013. 1446.
