4807. Petroleum Mission No. 46 from Foley and Thomas for Hurley and Shipping Control Committee. Our telegram No. 40,1 Eastern rerouting proposals as outlined in your telegrams 12 and 16 have been passed by British Shipping controller to Mr. Walter Long who is giving matter his personal attention.2 Decision has been delayed but is now expected within one week. We have reason to believe decision will be satisfactory.3 015514 4807
