1625 As additional fuel oil storage at Queenstown Ireland should now be available and in view of reduction in fuel oil requirements in United Kingdom, department desires all Navy tank ships for United Kingdom discharge at Queenstown if practicable. By using only Queenstown and Brest as Ports of discharge turning around of tank ships which has been too high can be materially reduced 23017 1625
