4996 Arrived London to-day after inspecting activities at Queenstown and air stations in Ireland. Lough Foyle station operating limited extent, others not yet operating but expect to be soon. Cordial reception by British authorities. Expect to visit Fleet next week. Strongly recommend approval Sims cables 4523 and 4885 so that convoys especially troops may proceed uninterruptedly.
