4639. Your 5941.1 At present there are sufficient United States cruisers available for handling the extra direct convoys every 16 days from Hampton Roads, Va. to Bay of Biscay. Commander Cruiser Force2 recommends April 21st as first sailing date your recommendation desired.3 18005. 4639.
