4605. Your 4638 our 3532.1 Take up with Admiralty.

Does necessity for presence of United States men of War at Mourm<a>nsk still exist and is it desirable to send vessels there. No ships available this duty on this coast. If vessels presence is considered necessary which one of your forces do you recommend for this position.2 14005 – 4605.
