#1567 URGENT Department finds it necessary to increase flow of troops in every possible way period In addition regular convoies which will be handled by Queenstown destroyers, department deems it urgent to sail small special convoies of fast ships at irregular intervals period Escort for these special convoies to be furnished by force under your command period Next special convoy sails about April 5 consisting of U S S America, Great Northern and Agamemnon, speed 15 knots period Details will be forwarded when known 18402-1567 SIMS
