4740. Your 6176.1 Your recommendation approved and will be carried out excepting as follows:

American Commodore and American signalmen will be used instead of British also since speed of new convoy will be same as that of New York N.Y. convoys Department prefers date sailing be 21 April and every 16 days instead of 23 April as this gives best alternate with sailings from New York N.Y. Is this satisfactory? Expedite reply. 18008 4740.
