BOX:      Merchant convoy to French Bay of Biscay Ports established to sail from New York first sailing April Twenty-third then every sixteen days period Minimum speed nine and one-half knots period Cruiser Force provide ocean escort period Will use American Commodores who will be ordered report to Commander Squadron Two Cruiser Force for duty period To avoid interference with other convoys British will furnish routes in same manner and with same machinery that routes are supplied for other mercantile convoys period Procedure in convoy will be same as that used in other convoys as prescribed in Mercantile Convoy Instructions CB Fifty eighty-five Acknowledge, <COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF Commander Squadron TWO CRUISER FORCE.>1
