6255. Your 4641.1 In October last there were six Holland type submarines2 being assembled at Micolaev [Mykolaiv, Ukraine] , Black Sea, which were shipped from Van Couver [Vancouver]. The five shipped from United States in 1916 and assembled at Revel [Tallinn] and Helsingfors [Helsinki] have all been sunk. As far as known, there are no unassembled submarines at Petrograd. 17209 6255
