5161. Hurley’s1 number 3 for Foley and Thomas from Ship Control Committee. Following tank ships will load America in April. Italy: <W.H.;> TOLFORD, SPLENDOR, BAYONNE. Capacity 17,600 clean product. In addition British light has just been diverted to Mediterranean Sea. Expect Italy will get considerable part her cargo spirit. France: GEORGIA, GULFLIGHT, SOMMERSET, BARENDRECHT, FLEUR DELYS, PEARL, SHELL. New York, N.Y., GULFMAID, MIJ<D>RECHT, OVERBROOK, JOSIAH <MACY>, Gulf of Mexico with total capacity of 82,625 clean product of which probably about 60,000 spirit. Have in view for May loads for France but no definite assignments yet made about 68,000 capacity for clean products deficit as compared with requirements 13,000. Foregoing for Inter-Allied conferences. 19520 5161
