The U.S. Navy Seabee Museum’s archival collection consists of approximately 1 million photographs. The images in the collection consist of black and white and color photographs, slides, negatives, and glass lantern slides to recent born-digital images. The collection represents the history of the United States Navy Seabees and Civil Engineer Corps and covers all major conflicts including World War II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, the Cold War era, the Persian Gulf War to current operations in Iraq and Afghanistan.
