3559, During week submarine chasers OTRANTO barrage made five sound contacts enemy submarin[e]s of which three resulted in depth charge attacks. One attack thought successful by hunt commander on account bubbles air and oil. Submarine chasers Plymouth made three sound contacts enemy submarines near Eddystone of which two resulted in depth charge attacks. No resultsother than detonation noise. 150825  3559
