2502. Your 9362.1 Data is review of intelligence information and study of length and character of cruises made by enemy submarines. Apart from this information a study of characteristics of submarines shows that determining factor of length of submarine cruises is ammunition and personnel endurance. Advise giving Spain oil as necessary to obtain release of essential Army supplies 21207 2502
