Following from Opnav QUOTE Referring to public statement made in America by Officer of high rank in the R.A.F. in regard to the success of the amalgamation of the air services British Army and Navy the Department desires a full report from you by dispatch. Give your opinion of the effect of above named amalgamation. UNQUOTE.
