9586. Present estimates show following deliveries of destroyers1 for remainder calendar year:

          August 9,

          September 10.

          October 12,

          November 15

          December 16.

Nucleus crews for August, September, October deliveries now on board Receiving Ship. All nucleus crews for November deliveries either on Board Receiving Ship or ordered. Of 16 deliveries for December 5 have been either ordered or are already on Board Receiving Ship <11> additional nucleus crews which have not been ordered yet therefore necessary for vessels to be delivered prior to January 1st, 1919. 14209.  9586.
