2817 Your 9555.2 Strongly recommend assignment of regular officers of rank of Lieutenant Commander or Commander as Division Commanders Eagle Boats. Not to command a boat. Experience with Chasers clearly demonstrates urgent necessity of constant supervision by experienced officer. The task to be undertaken by vessels of this type of most difficult demanding skill, nautical experience and training in order to secure efficient service. At least two regular officers should be assigned to each Eagle Boat  192812.  2817
