508. 33391 Numbers as stated satisfactory to Bureau. Bureau has under orders to you for destroyers all of 66 Regular Officers agreed upon in old schedule 22 in June thirty in August and fourteen in November. Bureau will continue to send Officers to make up 25 additional regulars requested. Arrangements have worked out to Bureau’s entire satisfaction 12026       508
