Boards Navy 325 For Stevens Rublee from Hurley in answer to Ship Mission 358. Very short of steel here. Some Yards closed down on account thereof. We are rather reluctant enter into any negotiations even as agents where the records would show that the shipping board had paid 400 dollars a ton for shipping. Signed Hurley. 21006.
