Ponta Delgada

     Yesterday morning stopped by the Conner, picked up Howe and went with him to the Admiral’s house.1 The Admiral said the Little was to be ready to sail Thursday evening, to escort six submarine chasers to Gibraltar. I would rather have another day or two to get on bearing and fired up. . . .
