6740. Following for H. H. Raymond Shipping Control Committee from Franklyn. Nothing new here<. R>elying upon your optimistic view regarding ability of French Ports to turn steamers in 12 days we are continuing to load a large volume of traffic but we are rather alarmed at number of steamers now French ports and poor despatching they are receiving. Kindly develope whether something cannot be done to improve despatching as our information majority steamers delayed number of days each port before reaching discharge berth which wasteful of tonnage particularly considering serious demand for tonnage in other directions. Inform of your future movements. 12001. 6740.
