7482. Minister at the Hague2 in report of sinking of Hospital Ship K<Ö>NI<N>GEN REGENTTES3 states that British Hospital Ships used to transport British and German sick and wounded following supposed safe lanes and are under German and British guarantees. Department desires information as to any special agreement that may exist in regard to t reatment of Hospital Ships that in any way modifies German announcement denying them immunity in English Channel. 20019. 7482.
