1683. Your 1208 communicated to Cone3 who replies QUOTE Recommend offer be accepted. Have already enlisted fifty good pilot material in France. No accommodation now for training. Request permission to enroll these men as temporary Ensigns reserve Force and that this detail be sent Italy for training UNQUOTE Recommend approval. 17324
