From Secretary of Navy for Admiral Benson. After consultation with Admiral Mayo that following coal-burn(ing) dreadnoughts were selected to form division to be despatched to England: USS NEW YORK, USS FLORIDA, USS DELAWARE, USS WYOMING.

     These ships after dock(ing) should be ready to sail about November 25th. Rear Admiral Rodman will command this division. 17012.
