Owing to need of heavier ships in North Atlantic due to weather conditions and possible need of increased convoy protection, it is the intention in the near future to reduce the South Atlantic force to U. S. S. PITTSBURGH, RALEIGH and CINCINNATI.2 Does this change accord with the Admiralty policy[?] 22005
