Opnav 1163. Your <1321 of> 02308.3 Have received no authority from French Government to proceed with arrangement for purchase of material for high power radio station in South France. Impossible for delay longer if material is to be delivered to Atlantic seaboard in five months so have placed order to-day for Arc Apparatus. Imperative that information as to location station and characteristic available power supply be forwarded at once. What Department French Government should material be shipped? What department will operate station? What department will erect station? With whom can Bureau communicate direct on question concerning material? 15416.
