     Department approves and will supply ten fourteen inch guns five mounts necessary train equipment and personnel to erect and completely operate in cooperation with British land forces period The approximate date of readiness for shipment should be June first or before period What will be the port of debarkation period The matter of twenty seven-inch guns will be handled directly with U S Army 15012.
