              Meeting Naval Council and Commission for executing Naval terms armistice held today.1 Arrangements made Admiral Browning’s2 Flagship four British Destroyers one British Transport will proceed German Bases. Date not yet determined French and US Commissioner will accompany British Commissioners on his Flagship. Six US Naval Officers will be associated with British Officers to conduct inspection for Commission. Italian Commissioner agreed not to be represented unless Japanese Commissioner insisted upon being represented. This point not yet settled Robison 145028 260
