9863 British Chief Cable censor advises me QUOTE Beg to inform you that censorship restrictions regard to publication in press and elsewhere of mercantile shipping intelligence comma and to cabling mercantile shipping movements and information have now been completely withdrawn as regards the United Kingdom and colonies semicolon and that companies comma agents comma shipowners comma masters of ships and others are now at liberty to revert in these respects to prewar conditions comma except as regards the use in cables of other than the codes authorized at present.
