5158. Recommend that all troop convoys and single ships regardless of destination set course from rendezvous for usual landfall on French coast as contemplated in Opnav cable 795 of October 22, 1917.1 This procedure was not followed in case of Group-22. Information is requested as to instruction issued to U.S.S. GREAT NORTHERN.2    16315. 5158.
