3522.     Your 4714.2 Recent groups report they have wasted much time by slowness and changing of course in order not to cross standard meridian ahead of time. In view of moderate speed and time allowing 24 hours extra appears too great. In view of better weather conditions and better timing of vessels future groups will be allowed only 12 hours leeway. Acknowledge. 16005.
