4446.     Boards 38 For Stevens from Hurley. Have chartered from Russian Volunteer Fleet on bare boat basis following 7 ships OMSK loaded with cotton for Liverpool. We will deliver cargo.

          NOVGOROD and YAROSLAV en route to British ports. We have option take delivery British or American port.

          IRTYSH en route to New York.

          KISHINEV NIJNI NOVOGOR<O>D and TOULA now at Seattle, Washington.     Unlimited trade . Our requisition rate implies Duration six months after war we agree however to restore vessels or equal tonnage upon demand if commerce with Russia resumed regularly before termination charter.
