SIMSADUS <3423> Your 4493 Certain positions of submarine sightings as far west as 19 in some of your later cables would indicate that a large submarine was operating in the neighborhood of 46 N. and 20 W. period Would you recommend comma in view of this and the long time during which troop crossings have been made between 46 and 44 following instructions your 1101 comma that these instructions be modified and the limits of latitude within which crossings are made be changed or extended period <21001>
