One national flag from the Republic of Paraguay. The flag has a white hoist with two metal grommets. The fly consists of three horizontal stripes, from the top red, white, and blue. This flag is from a collection of flags that were used on the Washington Navy Yard and the presidential yacht USS Williamsburg (AGC-369) for visits by foreign dignitaries.
