Get in touch with Ambassador Page.1 If British Government can furnish transportation, detail 12 marines to guard American Embassy Petrograd, men to go in civilian clothes but carrying uniforms, arms, and, if possible, 2 machine guns and ammunition, also such rations as can be carried. Acknowledge and report action taken. 15029.
