1077.     Following from Opnav. Quote Your 846 Av. 62.3 Impossible obtain Rockwell.4  Your 484 61 Av.5 Qualified pilots will be commissioned officer. Will furnish sufficient pilots two for each large seaplane in operation. All pilots after March 1st will be fully trained as observers and machine gunners. Radio operators previously referred as observers will be trained in bomb dropping and machine gun and one radio operator will be furnished for each seaplane. Such men will hold Electrician (Radio) rate. Benson. Unquote. 17123.
