Scope and Content Note

These archives, originally housed at the White Oak Detachment of the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Silver Spring, Maryland, contain records pertinent to research, development, test, evaluation and acquisition programs, and institutions of the Navy. They consist of 13 Record Collections.
